Production & Processing Time

Each print in the American Valhalla collection is produced to order and hand signed by the artist, Andreas Neumann. Because of this careful process, please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be printed, signed, and prepared for shipment. We appreciate your patience — the result is a truly unique piece of art made for you.

Packaging

Your print will be carefully packaged in a rigid mailer to protect it during transit. We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all US addresses. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within your expected window, please check your spam folder or reach out to us directly.
