All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products — signed, made-to-order fine art prints — all sales are final. Each print is uniquely produced and hand signed by Andreas Neumann, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference or change of mind.

We encourage you to review all product details, dimensions, and edition information carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a specific print, please reach out before purchasing.

Damaged Items

We take exceptional care in packaging every print, but we understand that accidents can occasionally happen in transit. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the damaged print and packaging

Upon review, American Valhalla Gallery will offer a replacement print or store credit at our discretion. We will do everything we can to make it right.
